  1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within one day of your order, and then take up to two to three days to reach your doorstep within UAE. For International customers it can take more than 7 days to reach. Same is also mentioned at the bottom of each page

 

  1. What's your return policy?

Sorry but we do not offer return, we can offer exchange only. Unused items can be exchanged within 2 days of purchase / delivery, please send us pictures of item and reason for exchange at info@laceandfeather.com or WhatsApp at 00971551004660. We will arrange a pickup from your address for the exchange, we will inspect the item and issue the refund to you, a delivery charge of AED 15 will be made for the same.

 

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the specified time frame. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, please let the courier company know about it and return the parcel to them. Cancellations are not possible in case of International orders

 

  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a replacement of the same item. We will arrange a pickup from your address for the exchange, we will inspect the item and issue the exchange to you, a delivery charge of AED 15 will be made for the same.

 

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we do offer exchanges. Please notify us the issue with the item received at info.laceandfeather@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 00971551004660 and we will arrange for an exchange within 2 working days
